Why start with storytelling & messaging?

I often find if weā€™re starting with the content creation or website, weā€™re going in the wrong order of operations. We need to understand the customer journey, positioning/messaging of the offer, and capture the language that connects to your ideal customer.

I was doing a lot of research for my clients and would take notes that included these pieces but my clients werenā€™t seeing the behind-the-scenes. And because they were asking for a specific deliverable, I couldnā€™t go as deep into the messaging as many of them needed.

I want you to start off strong and whether you decide to outsource or DIY your own copy, youā€™re getting a fresh perspective and given each building block that creates engaging marketing touchpoints.
